I collaborated with 2610 South architects to produce photography of Lufhereng suburb in Soweto for the Urban Africa installation at AFRICA - a major exhibition (5 June 2015 - 25 October 2015) at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Copenhagen, Denmark, which focused on architecture, art and culture on the African continent.
The photography shows how the occupants of the new housing have chosen to arrange and use their new spaces. The only ‘post-occupancy’ study I have ever done for an architect, and I have been working for architects for many moons; this is an oversight.
